As your child is undoubtedly your most important possession, it is difficult to find the right person to employ to look after them. At Bluebell Nanny Agency we are here to help you make that decision.
As a mother myself I understand that this choice is a very difficult one and there will be a number of concerns you will have. We only register trustworthy and reliable nannies and the suitability of the person for your vacancy is carefully considered in many aspects.
In order for us to find your best childcare we will ask you to fill out a registration form asking about your family, needs and what you are looking for from your childcare. In receipt of this we will contact you straight away to start the process of finding your ideal candidate.
Our interview process for child carers registering with Bluebell is as follows;
· Request copy of updated CV and reference details.
· Bluebell will then invite the nanny for interview
· Bluebell thoroughly checks the candidates’ references, identification and also academic qualifications, for the position. We also undertake further verification through Criminal Record Disclosures and other industry checks.
· Bluebell is a CRB registered organisation and can assist the candidates in applying for an up to date CRB check if necessary.
Once you have found your ideal candidate we can arrange contracts for no extra fee, start dates and any other information that will ease your childcare experience.
As an employer you will be required by law to pay your nanny's Tax and National Insurance. It is advised that all salary agreements are made as a NET figure. Bluebell can recommend a specialist company who can deal with all tax issues on your behalf, including P60's and monthly pay slips.
